As mentioned before the environment is very important to us related to the production of our flowers. At both locations we prevent our flowers from becoming frozen in the winter. At Pijnacker we use wood to heat our greenhouse. The wood comes from used pallets, crates, boxes etc. There are no traces of paint or other chemicals in this wood. There fore the heating of our greenhouse is 100% carbon dioxide neutral.

At our location at Heerhugowaard there are three heaters which use oil to prevent our flowers from becoming frozen in the winter.  

At the roof of both greenhouses  you will find 134 solar panels which supply at both locations completely in the demand for electricity.
